These Terms of Service govern your use of the CoreBridge International LLC website, consulting services, workforce solutions, and related offerings (“Services”). By using this website or engaging with our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business Services

CoreBridge International LLC provides:

• IT staffing and talent sourcing
• Dedicated and hybrid USA–Mexico workforce teams
• Field service and low-voltage retail support
• Technology deployment, rollout, and troubleshooting
• Project-based consulting and coordination

2. Payment Terms

Payments must be completed through approved methods including PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer. Payment deadlines are specified on invoices. Late payments may incur fees.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we provide professional consulting and workforce services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or performance results.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project information
• Maintain safe access to sites
• Provide timely communication
• Ensure required permits and authorizations

5. Intellectual Property

All documentation, processes, and materials remain the property of CoreBridge International LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

CoreBridge International LLC is not liable for incidental damages, downtime, lost profits, delays caused by third parties, or data loss. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement.

7. Termination

We may terminate Services at any time for non-payment, unsafe site conditions, fraud, or violation of these Terms. Clients may terminate services with written notice as defined in the engagement agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
